Abstract

This study focuses on the spatiality that tourists intuitively feel in the Bongjeongsa Temple located in Andong. The researchers looked at how tourism and culture were confronted in the realm of space. The purpose of the study is to discuss the aesthetics of tradition and history in the architectural space and extract the possibility of developing culture and tourism through it. The method of the study was to discuss the cultural tourism of the Bongjeongsa Temple. It was intended to examine the multidimensional aspects of matter, space and time. The conclusion of the study states the cultural and tourist aesthetics of Bongjeongsa Temple, which are as follows: First, this temple is in an area where buildings surround it like mountain streams, which gives it flexibility in controlling the height of each building.
