Abstract
It describes the approaches and tools of formation of the ontological systems of medical records. The conditions of their creation on the basis of the relevant provisions of partially ordered medical theories are defined. There are determined such tools as term field of medical document, taxonomy, reducer of multiple relations between the concepts of the theory, the provisions of which are reflected in a medical document. Documents ontologies are considered as network-centric interactive medical knowledge systems. Examples of dynamic presentation of the state of physicians and patients interaction with ontological medical document system are presented.
