Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to conduct an empirical study on the effect of organizational justice of flight attendants and mediating effect of silence behavior on organizational citizenship behavior. To achieve the foregoing objectives, this study carried out a survey targeting flight attendants from October 01 through 15, 2020 and used total 217 questionnaires as analysis materials.<BR> Analysis results are as follows. First, the relationship between organizational justice and role behavior of members was expected to have a positive (+) influence, and of the factors of organizational justice, distributive justice did not have any significant effect on the role behavior of members. Second, silence behavior turned out to have a statistically significant positive (+) influence on all the factors of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural justice, interactive justice) and role behavior of members.
