Abstract

Wholesale trade plays an important role in the organization of product distribution channels in the Russian consumer market. The ongoing processes of digitalization have an impact on all spheres of the Russian economy, of which wholesale trade is an organic part. The article examines the subtleties of this transformation, the factors contributing to the introduction of digital technologies in the industry, the problems faced by enterprises during this transition, and the potential long-term benefits of digital integration in the Russian wholesale market. The article pays special attention to the organization of effective channels of interaction with consumers.
