В эру переизбытка информации критически важно более искусно находить пути к сознанию как подчиненных в процессе управления компаниями, так и к сознанию клиентов бренда через образ лидера организации. Персональный брендинг руководителя и важность его самоменеджмента, позитивных личностных трансформаций становится актуальным инструментом повышения лояльности идеям лидера и эффективным каналом выстраивания диалога как внутри компании, так и во вне для повышения эффективности бизнес-процессов. In an era of information overload, it is critical to be more adept at finding ways into the minds of both subordinates in the process of managing companies, and to the minds of brand customers through the image of the leader of the organization. The personal branding of a leader and the importance of his self-management, positive personal transformations are becoming a relevant tool for increasing loyalty to the leader’s ideas and an effective channel for building a dialogue both inside the company and outside to improve the efficiency of business processes.
