ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯ СТРАТЕГІЧНОГО ПЛАНУВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ ГАЛУЗІ РИСІВНИЦТВА В УКРАЇНІ

Abstract

The article considers the theoretical and methodological aspects of the organization of planning of integrated development of the rice industry in Ukraine. The advantages of planning are: linking current activities with results; focus on finding alternatives to achieve goals; identification of opportunities and threats, strengths and weaknesses of the industry, taking into account the main external and internal factors influencing the development of drawing and achieving goals; Vision of the future is a new element of long-term planning for the development of the rice industry (the term strategic vision outlines a multifaceted optimistic view of the industry in the and is the basis of those tasks that will be determined by the plan); distribution of responsibilities not only between activities, but also between current and activities. It is established that the process of planning includes stages of drawing up (development), approval, implementation, monitoring, adjustment and evaluation of the implementation of the plan. In the course of research the structure of the plan of complex development of branch of drawing is described. The main components of the plan are the general and organizational parts. The process of planning of integrated development of the rice industry should be considered as a way to combine methodological, informational and organizational aspects of planning in accordance with institutional changes, which involves developing a set of interrelated measures and projects aimed at achieving and maintaining economic growth and creating favorable organizational and economic conditions for increasing the competitiveness of economic entities – rice producers.
