Abstract

In the proposed article, the author addresses the question of the study of the role and significance of the paradigm in the educational process associated with the training of personnel for the judicial and prosecutorial system of modern Russia. For further differentiation, deepening and broad specialization of educational and pedagogical programs, it is necessary to make a transition to a new multi-paradigm level of the educational process. The article reveals the essence, meaning, properties and purpose of polyparadigmality for the modern educational process in the field of training specialists of the judicial system of the modern Russian state, and it is noted that the traditional Western approach to the training system of the judicial system, which has been perceived by Russia in recent years, has not shown the necessary effectiveness and completeness to ensure the tasks of the pedagogical process in the studied sphere. In this regard, it is necessary to turn to the application of new educational approaches and paradigms based on the principles of multiplicity.
