Abstract

The subject of this study is the main indicators that determine the level of trust of citizens in the government. The purpose of this work is to identify indicators showing the trust of citizens in public administration institutions. In the course of the research, the authors used general scientific and private scientific methods, technologies and approaches of sociology and political science, which include systemic, structural and functional approaches, methods of analysis and synthesis, classification and generalization. The authors conclude that the problem of studying the formation and development of citizens' trust in the government is quite relevant, especially in the context of the implementation of election campaigns; the proposed indicators allow assessing the degree of public confidence in the management system and require further research.
