Abstract

Purpose: analysis of changes in the Russian education system taking into account the requirements of the modern labor market in the conditions of digitalization.
 Methods: generalization, abstraction and analysis of theoretical and practical factors of the digital economy that form the requirements of employers.
 Results: Changes related to the use of digital technologies require new knowledge and competencies from a person. This will lead to the transformation of all models and formats of training: training, retraining, internship, advanced training, additional education, etc. Conclusions: The state, by implementing large-scale and targeted projects, will contribute to the timely adaptation of education to new conditions, and public investments in human capital will make these investments effective and quickly recouped.
