Abstract
The review includes an analysis of literary sources PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, Google Scholar, Elibrary for the last 10 years, including the current 2024, containing studies of the relationship between doctor and patient in the field of e-health. Wide access to online medical information, digital technologies in the organization of the treatment process, the development of remote communication between the doctor and the patient, on the one hand, contribute to the formation of therapeutic relationships, and on the other, create additional difficulties that hinder this process. Considering the points of view of both the doctor and the patient gives a more complete picture of the therapeutic relationship in the field of ehealth. In addition, e-health provides additional opportunities to explore the relationship between a doctor and a patient.
