Abstract

The paper discusses the results of studying of the growth of anodic oxide films (AOFs) by anodizing of niobium single crystals in a fluorine-containing electrolyte (aqueous solution of 10 % H2SO4 + 1 % HF), as well as the effect of saturation of the niobium surface with oxygen on the structure and properties of AOF.
