Abstract

The relevance of solving global problems in the present world in order to ensure economic progress and preserve civilization is considered. These problems, which are of a worldwide nature, require significant material and financial resources. An unsuccessful solution to them can lead to serious consequences, including the destruction of civilization and a deterioration in living standards. To effectively overcome these problems, international cooperation of all States is necessary, while using political, economic, scientific and technical resources.
