Abstract

This study was conducted for the purpose of objectively analyzing how the perception of digital transformation of self-employment changed before and after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic and to suggest a development direction that leads to performance.
 To this end, we first analyzed what the digital transformation of self-employment means based on previous research, divided it into two periods before and after the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, collected data focusing on press articles provided by Naver, Google, and Daum, and used text mining. , and analyzed to determine changes in awareness of digital transformation.
 As a result of the study, awareness of the digital transformation of self-employment has increased since the COVID-19 pandemic, and it is significant that this was analyzed objectively to derive implications and policy recommendations. In the future, it will become basic data for preparing policies according to the level of awareness of digital transformation.
