Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 초보아동상담자의 상담자 전문직 정체성과 상담자 자기효능감이 소진에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해 아동상담 경력 4년 미만의 초보아동상담자 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구도구로는 상담자 변인, 상담자 전문직 정체성, 상담자 자기효능감, 상담자소진에 대한 설문지를 사용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 18.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초보아동상담자의 전문직 정체성, 상담자 자기효능감, 소진은 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 초보상담자의 소진에 가장 영향을 미치는 변인은 상담자의 전문직 정체성으로 나타났다. 그리고 상담위기대처 자기효능감은 소진의 일부 하위요인에 영향을 미치는 변인으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 초보아동상담자의 전문직 정체성과 상담자 자기효능감을 향상시키고 소진을 예방하고 경감하는 중재프로그램 마련에 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.
