Abstract

This study aimed to find out the effect of servicescape of unmanned coffee shops on place attachment, customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction. To achieve the above purpose, it was conducted from November 1, 2022 to November 25, 2022 as a convenience extraction method, and it was conducted online for customers who used unmanned coffee shops within one month. A total of 344 copies were used in the final analysis. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation analysis were conducted. Through the results of this study, it was verified that among the physical environmental factors of unmanned coffee shops, comfort affects place attachment, and place attachment affects customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Through this, it was verified that small business owners and food service marketers who are experiencing difficulties in terms of cost should consider comfort as the most important factor among service scape factors when starting a business or supporting consulting.
