Abstract
The purposes of this study were to identify structural relationships among empowerment, teacher’s efficacy, and teaching commitment in elementary and middle school sport instructor. Subject, consisted of 201 sport instructors who currently work in ‘D’ metropolitan city and ‘G’ province. The correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were conducted in order to understand the correlation & cause-and-effect relation on the perception of empowerment and teacher’s sense of efficacy as well as teacher’s perception of empowerment and dedication to academic profession.BR As a result of the study, firstly self-efficacy as the sub-factor of empowerment that teachers in elementary and middle schools perceive have statistically significant effects on the efficacy relevant to students among the sub-factors of teacher’s sense of efficacy. Secondly, self efficacy, influence), effects and professional development as a sub-factor which sports instructors in elementary and middle schools had statistically significant effects on a sense of loyalty among the sub-factors of dedication to academic profession. Thirdly, the efficacy on class strategy as the sub-factors of teacher’s sense of efficacy which sports instructors are in perception had statistically significant effects on a sense of loyalty among the sub-factors of the dedication to academic profession. In conclusion, perception of empowerment that is perceived by sports instructors in elementary and middle school schools. Further studies in depth need to be conducted with expansion of the subjects in the study nationwide and thru path analysis. Lastly, the study of realities and mapping out a specific plan is in need to conduct for school fields.
