Abstract

The problem of saturation of feed rations of agricultural animals with vegetable protein is an important task. In order to obtain feed products that are balanced in terms of all nutrients, soybeans and products of its processing are considered as a source of vegetable protein. The analysis of technological processes of wet fractionation of green mass to obtain a protein concentrate with further mechanical separation of the crushed mass into liquid and fibrous fractions (pulp) was carried out. It is proposed to compensate for the lack of minerals and vitamins by adding grain compositions. The parameters and modes of such basic processes as soaking seeds, extracting protein and other substances, separating the suspension into liquid and solid fractions, separating the liquid fraction from the insoluble soybean-grain residue, coagulating protein substances in the liquid phase, separating the coagulate, forming and drying the resulting granules are substantiated. . In order to achieve this goal, a method has been developed and the parameters of equipment have been substantiated that ensure the preparation of high-quality feed products in the form of a whole milk substitute, paste and granulate based on soybean-grain compositions.
