Abstract

The article studies the concept of “infrastructure” as a factor in the sustainable development of any country, and typologizes infrastructure by sectors and areas of destination. An assessment is made of the problems of infrastructure development, which are defined as emerging issues related to attracting investments, as well as the implementation of infrastructure projects, their consideration, examination and execution, proposed by private individuals. Evidence of deviations from the standards of public administration is provided, which affects the results of infrastructure development and, accordingly, the satisfaction of society as consumers of the results of public administration.
