Abstract

This study began as a problem of quality degradation in non-metropolitan schools due to the recent decrease in students and student concentration. Non-metropolitan universities are facing a growing problem because of low-learning students. There is a need for a way to enhance the education of underachieved students. How to motivate learning? in terms of exploration, it proceeded as a consideration, and the results were expressed in an in-depth and inductive way. First, the research results were listed as positive response strategies for praise and encouragement. Second, it was listed as a sanctions negative response strategy. Third, focusing on the above two topics, it is listed as a Jump-up customized strategy. Crucially, to solve the problem of this study, the following is as follows. A professor should be interested in students, and direct incentives for professors are needed.
