Abstract

The Yakut heroic Olonkho epos is based on the ancient space mythology of the Sakha people. In 2005 UNESCO declared Olonkho a masterpiece of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. In this regard, Olonkho should be recreated and developed. The purpose of the work is to identify common general scientific bases in understanding the semantic tier of the authentic text of the Yakut Olonkho epos. Research methods: comparative analysis, logical analysis, generalization. Conclusions are made based on the comparison of eventful moments in the text of Olonkho with the theory of A.L. Chizhevsky, Russian cosmist philosopher of the twentieth century (1897–1964), “about a single world law that stands on the other side of natural phenomena”. Logical matches in the comparison items are confirmed. The results will be useful for special analyses of epic texts in the cultures of the peoples of the world.
