Abstract
This study identified the trends of overseas academic research papers on Korean food after 'COVID-19' to find out how Korean food was actually affected by COVID-19 and changes in recent trends due to those effects. First, as a result of TF analysis, words related to health care and disease research are derived from the top 10 to 20, indicating that research on health care and disease in Korean food after COVID-19 is active. Second, as a result of conducting TF-IDF on foreign Korean food research from 2021 to 2023, cell (66.0) showed the highest frequency Third, as a result of N-gram analysis of foreign Korean food research from 2021 to 2023, 'covid→19' was derived the highest with connection strength (298). It can be seen that many studies have been conducted for the purpose of patient treatment. As many people are less interested in Korean food due to COVID-19, we suggest practical implications that it is necessary to create an environment in which people are more interested in Korean food by identifying the changing eating behavior of Korean food and preparing measures to minimize risk factors.
