Abstract
The purpose of this study is to identify which attributes to strengthen and which attributes to improve to improve student satisfaction through asymmetric and non-linear analysis of educational quality attributes. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, an asymmetry analysis was performed on the attributes that affect student satisfaction. For this, PRCA analysis and AIPA(asymmetric impact-performance analysis) were used, and a matrix between IA and attributes was constructed and presented to further suggest strategic directions. Through this analysis, the influence of educational attributes affecting student satisfaction was identified. The analysis results of this study are as follows. First, as a result of PRCA analysis, the major curriculum was classified as a one-dimensional factor, the liberal arts curriculum, non-curricular programs and administrative services were classified as attractive factors, and professor counseling, information system service, and this class were classified as must-be factors. Second, IA and attribute matrix analysis results show that non-curricular programs, liberal arts curriculum, and administrative services are areas for improvement through aggressive investment, and information system, professor counseling, and this class are classified as areas that must be improved first. and the major area was analyzed as an important area as a factor that should further strengthen investment. Lastly, the implication of this study is to provide the priority of allocation of educational resources through the application of AIPA to educational attributes and to classify the attributes that need to be improved first within the educational attribute factors. This will help to efficiently utilize resources and improve student satisfaction.
