Abstract

The vast majority of Russian managers have already realized for themselves the fact that human resources are the resources that determine the sustainable development of any modern company in priority. In such economic conditions, the question becomes relevant: “How exactly to work with these important but difficult resources, how to increase the productivity and efficiency of personnel and make them more interested in the results of their work and the organization as a whole?” This article is theoretical and methodological in nature and is devoted to the problems of the need for the formation of corporate cultures in the context of the growing number of companies with a pluralistic workforce. In this regard, the relevance of improving corporate cultures in the period of innovative development is substantiated. The article clarifies the conditions for differentiating the concepts of “corporate culture” and “organizational culture”, as well as the possibility of their synonymous use. Based on the specification of the concept of “modern organization”, the analysis of the concept of “diversity management”, as well as the study of the main reasons for the growth of the number of companies with a heterogeneous workforce, it is proposed to use “diversity management” as a platform for employees to fully disclose their social and labor potential and the basis for improving corporate culture in order for personnel to make the maximum contribution to improving the efficiency of organizations. As a result of scientific research, a step-by-step technology for developing a program for improving the corporate culture of enterprises in the conditions of diversity management is proposed, the number of activities (stages) of which may vary. This program may be of scientific interest to corporations, enterprises, individual divisions (branches) and, directly, managers of various levels.
