Abstract

In today’s conditions of aggravation of environmental problems and climate change, the social responsibility of business acquires new dimensions and importance. Today’s companies are increasingly aware of the need to integrate ecological principles into their operations in order not only to meet the increasing demands of consumers and regulators, but also to contribute to the sustainable development of society. Ecological entrepreneurship, which combines economic efficiency and ecological responsibility, is becoming a key element of this process. The social responsibility of business in the development of ecological entrepreneurship lies in the active participation of companies in environmental protection, the introduction of innovative ecological solutions, and the support of sustainable production and consumption practices. An important aspect is the formation of ecological awareness among employees, customers and partners, which contributes to the creation of an environmentally oriented corporate culture. Today, business has the opportunity and commitment to become a leader in addressing the ecological challenges facing humanity. This includes the use of clean technologies, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, managing waste, using resources efficiently, and supporting biodiversity. In addition, companies can actively participate in international ecological initiatives, standards, and certification programs, which contributes to increasing their reputation and competitiveness in the global market. Thus, the study of the features of social responsibility of business in the context of the development of ecological entrepreneurship has identified effective strategies and practices that can be implemented to achieve sustainable development, preserve natural resources and ensure long-term economic stability.
