Abstract
The article discusses methods of motivating key employees. Modern corporate governance practices various forms and methods of rewarding personnel not only with cash payments, but also with options, shares and other rights. An analysis of forms of stimulation of creative work is carried out and appropriate conclusions are drawn. The foreign experience of tools for motivating management personnel is considered. The main methods of motivation with shares are examined. The program of long-term remuneration with shares of the public joint stock company Sberbank of Russia is clearly shown.
