Abstract

The article makes an understanding of the communicative processes in society as one of the key factors in the formation of patriotism in the civil environment. The importance of interpersonal and network communication as factors of the development of civic consciousness is considered. The role of the media is evaluated both in the development of patriotism and in discrediting patriotic attitudes. The importance of information products as one of the ways of representing social and, including, civil attitudes is substantiated.
