Abstract

The article examines the legal relations arising from the exchange of residential premises provided under social employment contracts. A retrospective analysis of the legislation regulating the exchange is given. The norms of the current legislation are analyzed and critically evaluated. Conclusions are drawn about the need to preserve the institute of exchange in connection with its demand and lack of alternatives. The introduction of a standard exchange agreement is proposed.
