Abstract

The paper studies the problems of employment of university graduates in combination with the facts of students moving to study. Graduates are considered as a whole, without division into bachelors and masters. To determine the relationships, the method of correlation and regression analysis, the Shannon entropy index, and statistical grouping tools are used. Trends are determined by four groups of regions, each of which is formed taking into account the number of enterprises in the region. Comparability of regions by groups helps to identify a sufficient number of significant relationships.
