Abstract

Transformation of arabinogalactan matrix in the process formation of metal containing nanobiocomposites has been investigated. Molar mass characteristics of arabinogalactan in content of metal polymer nanobiocomposities were determined by method of Size-Exclusion Chromatography (SEC). It was shown that change of polydispersity of the arabinogalactan is occuring due to of oxidation-reduction with noble metal ions and alkaline destruction. It was established that at the alkaline depolymerisation occurred in the synthesis of nanocomposities number-average molecular mass of arabinogalactan significantly is decreased.
