Abstract

The article analyzes the study of the «deontology» phenomenon, highlights the fundamental role of the deontological aspect in the professional training of future specialists in the IT industry. A fair consequence is the growing attention to the educational component of forming a corps of specialists in the field of computer sciences and information technologies. The basic thesis of our research is the high-quality professional training of IT specialists, which is impossible without the formation of an axiological culture and a deontological type of thinking. So, the purpose of the article is to prove the thesis that high-quality professional training of specialists in the IT industry is impossible without the formed deontological competence. The basic research thesis is confirmed by the scientific materials of philosophers and modern researchers. In scientific practice, several terms are used simultaneously to denote the corresponding section of ethics: deontology, ethics of duty, theory of what is proper. In our reasoning, we will mainly use the term "deontology", which at one time was introduced into scientific circulation by the British thinker Jeremy Bentham in the 1834 work "Deontology or the Science of Morality".
