Abstract

The article is devoted to the problems of the role, place and importance of communication processes in the world community, the prospects of creating a theoretical concept of communication studies, providing effective interaction between different forms of activities and between the individuals representing them. The purpose and objectives of the research are defined, the modern approach from the position of system methodology is postulated. Means of communication, its means, technologies and processes, as well as structure, mechanism and form are consistently considered. In conclusion, brief conclusions are made.
