Abstract
The provided study examines the problems of managing the potential of enterprises in the Arctic zone, primarily industrial ones, in the context of ensuring the sustainable development of territories. Various components of an enterprise’s potential are considered, taking into account the importance of managing these components. The basis for managing the potential of an enterprise is based on the use of a set of approaches, among which ecosystem and synergetic approaches should be especially noted. The scientific problem lies in the development of organizational and methodological support for managing the production potential of an enterprise and the creation of an appropriate instrumental base based on the use of modern information technologies. The study proposes a model of the production potential of an enterprise, built on the basis of its functions within the framework of the ecosystem approach. Synergy is expressed in the positive return from the coordination of the functions of the enterprise’s production potential in the context of a systems approach.
