Abstract
It is prominent for individuals to acquire foreign languages in this society of tremendous and rapid technological change which causes globalization in the day-to-day life of people. In recent years, the number of learners, who are willing to study foreign languages is growing dramatically, is because of their needs and its growing importance for their work. On one hand, the need for adults’ foreign language acquisition has arisen from the basics of Human development policy implemented by the government of the certain country, on the other hand, the demand for learning is stemmed from the need for one’s purpose of fitting into society and being sane in their life and work. The purpose of the training for adult learners is proving a training service that allows them to recognize their own learning needs properly and nurture their knowledge and skills required.
