Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine influences of organizational identification on employees’ knowledge sharing behavior which is composed of written contribution, organizational communications and personal interactions. And also this study has verified the mediating effect of occupational self-efficacy between organizational identification and knowledge sharing behavior. The samples are obtained from pilots who are serving in ROK Air Force fighter squadrons and analyzed by using AMOS and SPSS program. The results of this study are as follows. First, organizational identification has a positive effect on organizational communications and personal interactions. However, organizational identification does not impact on written contribution. Second, occupational self-efficacy acts as a complete mediator between organizational identification and organizational communications and as a partial mediator between organizational identification and personal interactions. The last part of this study summarizes all the results and provides the contribution and implications of this study. And directions for future studies are discussed.
