Abstract

Purpose of the article: consideration of the theoretical foundations of the implementation of state control (supervision) in labor matters. Objectives: to analyze the role, principles, functions, stakeholders and processes of state control (supervision) on labor. The author confirmed the hypothesis about the need to balance the requirements of stakeholders for the development of standards in the field of labor relations, as the basis for control activities in labor. The research was based on general scientific and special methods of cognition. Results: the theoretical foundations for the implementation of state control (supervision) in labor are considered, including the formation of a conceptual process model of state control (supervision) in labor, which allows improving the activities of state labor inspectorates.
