Abstract

The article examines the concept and characteristic features of cybercrime in modern international law, their types and possible ways of their commission. The concepts of cybercrime and cybercriminal are currently used quite widely in connection with what happened in the 21 st centry information and telecommunication breakthrough and became an integral part of all spheres of human life. Cybercrime is cross-border in nature. Therefore, criminals (especially hachers) can commit crimes from a country where such activity is not illegal or there is no legislation on this activity.
