Abstract

The purpose of this study is to scientifically identify and quantify the kinetics differences in the 3-iron swing motion of long irons of golfers and UnSkilled golfers, and to provide effective golf swing guidance and exercise performance enhancement The purpose is to provide basic data. For UnSkilled, 3-iron swing operation is performed by increasing the angle difference of X-Factor as the skill of the Skilled and acting as a factor of increase in distance, and in case of O-Factor of increasing accuracy, increasing the accuracy of the left hip joint at impact shall. In addition, it is considered that UnSkilled players should improve the club head speed and ball efficiency to increase the difference of the entry angle and to hit the ball with a steep angle of down blow, which will improve the distance and direction. Then, after the ball has fallen, you should use a shot of a ball that is bent to the right for easy control because of a small run distance. When swinging, the left and right GRF must be weighted in the direction of the ball when impacting, leading to an increase in the distance, which will have a positive impact on improving the performance.
