Abstract

The paper considers the gaps and problems of procedures for the consideration of cases in a simplified manner in civil proceedings. It is noted that the provision of the possibility of an "accelerated trial" produces a public tendency to abuse the principle of accessibility of justice and leads to a sharp increase in the number of cases referred to the courts. The problematic moments of the transition of simplified proceedings into the general claim context are analyzed.
