Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between servant leadership, supervisor trust, and job performance of airline crews working for large domestic airlines. This study collected data through 293 surveys prepared by cabin crew through a total of 370 surveys distributed to the two major full-service airlines in Korea based on structural equation modeling using AMOS. We also used a quota sampling scheme within the non-probability sampling model. The main results derived through this study are as follows.
