Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the challenges faced by communities in the Republic of Armenia in revenue collection, paying particular attention to property tax and land tax as primary revenue sources. In addition, the aim of the study is to highlight the importance of upgrading income sources in communities to meet development trends, thereby providing recommendations for improvement.
