Abstract

The article analyzes the last years of the existence of the Soviet state-legal system, during which stable connections and conditionalities between the growing common crime and criminal (criminal) fires were manifested. Measures of organizational and legal content aimed at reducing crime and strengthening fire safety in an environment of incipient socio-economic restructuring in the country are shown. The reasons that influenced the strengthening of the interaction of operational-investigative, forensic and fire-technical expert units to increase the detection of various crimes are noted.
