Abstract
Проведен мониторинг реализации Госпрограммы до 2012 г. в Саратовской области. Рассмотрены общие итоги реализации Госпрограммы в условиях засухи и кризисных явлений в экономике в 2008 - 2009 гг. Приводятся результаты социологического исследования отношения руководителей сельскохозяйственных кооперативов к проводимым мероприятиям Госпрограммы. Особое внимание уделено характеристике кооперативов, степени их участия в Госпрограмме и перспективам развития.
