Abstract

This study sought to investigate the impact of food carving decoration experience elements on emotional response, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. To achieve the purpose of this study, it was conducted from November 1, 2023 to November 25, 2023 using a convenience sampling method. The sample was conducted on people who had experienced food carving decoration across the country within the past year. A total of 385 copies were used in the final analysis. Statistical analysis included frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation analysis. As a result of the analysis, first, educational experience and aesthetic experience were found to affect emotional responses. Second, emotional reactions were found to affect customer satisfaction and loyalty. Third, it was verified that customer satisfaction affects loyalty. Through these results, we verified the need to focus on educational experience and aesthetic experience in the recently growing food carving decoration training center.
