Abstract
The aim of the study is to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of internal social programs of organizations. The planning of social events is aimed at increasing the loyalty of employees to the organization, the growth of labor productivity, social activity, creativity, and rationalization of activities. The article discusses the goals, scope, focus and results of social programs, examines approaches to methods for assessing their effectiveness, offers an assessment of their economic efficiency using a set of quantitative and qualitative indicators. An assessment is made of the economic indicators of the effectiveness of social programs in terms of investments in the past (historical cost), present (replacement cost) and future periods (economic value). Analyzed indicators for assessing the effectiveness of the organization’s social programs in key areas. The main positive factors that directly affect the cumulative economic effect are formulated. The factors of socio-psychological well-being and activating factors of employees’ work are investigated.
