Abstract

The article raises the problems of theoretical and methodological substantiation of the new family policy paradigm. Based on the genetic, structural and comparative analysis of the current systems of family policy, its internal contradictions are revealed. A critical analysis of the components, modern discourses of the family, campaigns, is carried out, leading to the conclusion about their methodological one-sidedness. The variability of the forms of the modern family is substantiated, and the targeting of family policy as well as the strategy of its integration into demographic policy are reviewed.
