Abstract

In this paper, the author considers the distribution of the adverbs gdje, kuda, kamo in interrogative and dependent-complex sentences. He also comments on the repartition of accusative singular forms of the masculine pronoun (koji) in the conjunctive service, attribute function and independent use with the meaning of the interrogative pronoun. The author paid special attention to: (1) the alternating use of the adverb gdje with the meaning of kuda and kamo and vice versa, and the loss of the difference between gdje and kamo to the detriment of the latter and (2) the reduction of two accusative forms referring to the living and the inanimate to the one who has a pronoun that has when referring to a being - kojega / koga.
