Abstract

In the article the authors reveal the results of the search for motivational factors affecting the involvement of personnel of retail pharmaceutical organizations (pharmacies) – pharmaceutical workers, pharmacists, in the work process in order to ensure the sustainable development of the pharmaceutical organization and improve the quality of pharmaceutical services.
