Abstract

The article characterizes the system of creativity development of future teachers in the process of professional training. The research presents the results of the analysis of the professional standard in professions «Primary school teacher of general secondary education», «Teacher of general secondary education», «Primary education teacher (with a diploma of junior specialist)». It confirms that scientific and pedagogical staff of pedagogical institutions of higher education should comprehensively, systematically and at a high scientific and methodological level prepare applicants for higher education to perform creative pedagogical activities, and therefore develop their creativity. The definition of the concept «design» is formulated based on the analysis of scientific literature sources. The system of functions of pedagogical design (analytical, prognostic, constructive) is defined. It is noted that the design of the system performs the following stages: the study of the preconditions for the emergence of individual properties of its elements; establishing connections in the system; elucidation of types and forms of movement, changes, and interactions between elements in the system; definition and analysis of structure; analysis of the transformation of one system into another (which already contains a new structure and patterns). In general, a system of creativity development of future mathematics teachers in the process of professional training has been developed and theoretically substantiated. The essence of subsystems of the system of creativity development (goals, content, forms, methods, means of control, etc.), subordinated to a common goal and aimed at fulfilling the proposed concept of creativity development of future mathematics teachers in the process of professional training.
