Abstract
The purpose of this study is to verify the verification relationship among Psychological Separation, Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy and Career Preparation for Physical education high school students. The subjects of this study consisted of 270 students in physical education high school in Seoul, Gyeonggi Province and Daejeon City. SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 22.0 were used in structure equation model analysis. The results were as follows. First, psychological separation of physical education high school students showed positive influence(+) in career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, career decision-making self-efficacy of physical education high school students showed positive influence(+) in career preparation. Third, psychological separation of physical education high school students showed positive influence(+) in career preparation. As a result, We identify the structural model analysis that psychological separation can influence career preparation through career decision-making self-efficacy or it can also directly influence career preparation, adopting an incomplete mediated model.
