Abstract

The article is dedicated to the pressing issue of developing and implementing effective methodologies and strategies aimed at improving workforce productivity in the mining and metallurgical industry. The paper identifies the most efficient methods of managing working hours and optimizing work processes that can reduce production costs and increase productivity. It outlines motivation systems that enhance worker efficiency, examines technologies and tools being introduced in the industry enterprises to optimize work processes, assesses the impact of working conditions and the application of ergonomic principles on productivity and quality of work, and reaffirms the importance of continuous training of employees to maintain high qualification and adapt to changing market conditions. The foundation of the research is based on the analysis of successful practical cases, as well as a review of the current scientific literature on the topic.
